The present invention provides a planting prosthesis cultivation method and a planting underground auxiliary support stand used therewith. The planting prosthesis cultivation method is mainly to deeply bury a plurality of planting support rods in a nursing area, and a planting seedling is planted on the planting support rods. When the roots of the planting seedling has grown and wound on the planting support rods, a lump of soil which is surrounded the roots of the planting seedling and the planting support rods is dug out so that the planting seedling can be implanted to the transplantation area.
