The aroma-enhancing active agent is capable of increasing the content of a substrate for synthesis of in vivo aromatic substances of Sichuan pepper, activating the catalytic activity of a key enzyme for synthesis of the aromatic substances, and increasing the contents of in vivo aromatic monoterpenes and oxidized organic substances of Sichuan pepper, thus allowing an increased intensity in the original ecological aroma of Sichuan pepper. Application of the dedicated fertilizer during the flowering and fruit set stages and the veraison stage of Sichuan pepper not only allows an increased yield of Sichuan pepper but also increases the content of volatile aromatic substances in Sichuan pepper, thus allowing Sichuan pepper to be provided with rich original ecological aroma.
