PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus in which influence of a corneal reflection image is suppressed and a transillumination image can be generated that has a high contrast ratio between a site having turbidity and a site not having turbidity of an intermediate translucent body.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes: an imaging optical system 50 for emitting a measuring beam to an eye ground of an inspecting eye E to image a transillumination image by eye ground reflection light of the measuring beam with an imaging device 52 and a moving table 6 and a drive mechanism 7 capable of positioning an optical axis of the measuring beam emitted from the imaging optical system 50 to a position apart from a corneal vertex of the inspecting eye E. A control unit 100 generates a synthesized transillumination image by synthesizing image areas including an area in a pupil in the vicinity of the optical axis of the measuring beam in each transillumination image, from a plurality of transillumination images imaged by the imaging optical system 50 for each case when the optical axis of the measuring beam from the imaging optical system 50 is positioned at two or more positions that are different from each other and apart from the corneal vertex by the moving table 6 and the drive mechanism 7.
