PURPOSE: An oil-free makeup cosmetic composition is provided to mix coating/non-coating powder with water dispersion binder. CONSTITUTION: An oil-free makeup cosmetic composition contains: a water dispersion binder containing water, polyol, and tackifier； and a coating/non-coating powder. The polyol is glycerin, dipropylene glycol, sorbitol solution, glycerol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, or 1,3-butyelen glycol. The tackifier is keltrol F, bentonite, hydroxy ethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, or carboxyl methyl cellulose.본 발명은 오일-프리(oil-free) 메이크업 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 물, 폴리올 및 점증제로 구성된 수분산 바인더에 코팅/비코팅 파우더 혼합물을 혼합하여 파운데이션이나 메이크업 베이스와 같은 리퀴드 상의 제형을 가지면서 오일이 함유되어 있지 않고 파우더와 같은 화장 효과를 갖도록 제조한 오일-프리 메이크업 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
