PURPOSE: A make-up cosmetic composition containing make-up powder, binders, certain additives and a mixture solvent of ethanol, water, and glycerine is provided to prevent crack generation on the product surface and to ensure excellent moisturizing ability and soft texture. CONSTITUTION: A make-up cosmetic composition contains 60-70 wt% of make-up powder and binder mixture, and 30-40 wt% of a mixture solvent of ethanol, water, and glycerine. The mixture solvent contains 60-80 wt% of ethanol, 15-30 wt% of water, and 1-10 wt% of glycerine. The make-up powder is talc, mica, sericite, silica, nylon powder, polymethyl methacylate(PMMA), urethane, boron nitride, titanium dioxide, or zinc oxide. The binder is silicone-based oils, hydrocarbon-based oils, ester-based oils, glyceride oils, lanolin-based oil, or vegetable oils.본 발명은 메이크업 파우더, 바인더, 임의의 첨가제, 및 에탄올, 물, 및 글리세린의 혼합 용제를 포함하는 메이크업 화장료 조성물, 이로부터 제조된 메이크업 화장료, 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 기존 메이크업 화장료는 이소프로필알코올(IPA)을 용제로 사용함으로써 제형 내 피부 밀착성이 떨어지고, 건조 시 IPA의 휘발에 따라 표면 크랙이 발생되어 제품의 품질을 저하시키는 문제가 있었으나, 본 발명에서는 에탄올, 물, 및 글리세린 혼합 용제를 사용함으로써 용제를 휘발시킨 후에도 제품 표면에 크랙이 발생되지 않고, 제품의 품질이 오랫동안 유지되며 우수한 보습력과 소프트한 사용감을 부여하는 메이크업 화장료를 제공할 수 있다.
