PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing device capable of shortening the time until alignment is completed even if a device body is largely shifted relative to a subject's eye.SOLUTION: A fundus camera including an eye examination part capable of moving up-and-down, right-and-left, and back-and-forth and X, Y, Z motors 101-103 moving the eye examination part includes: a pair of TV cameras 151, 152 provided outside the eye examination part, and imaging at a prescribed frame rate; an image processing arithmetic circuit 110 detecting a separation distance between an alignment completion position and the eye examination part from a frame image of an anterior ocular segment of a subject's eye output from the pair of TV cameras 151, 152; and a drive control means 92A driving the X, Y, Z motors 101-103 based on the separation distance detected by the image processing arithmetic circuit 110. When the separation distance detected by the image processing arithmetic circuit 110 is a prescribed distance or longer, the frame rate of the TV cameras 151, 152 is increased, and the movement of the eye examination part is performed at high speed.
