PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus, even when the apparatus body is largely deviated from a subject's eye, capable of shortening a time till completing the alignment.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic apparatus includes: an optometry part capable of moving in the vertical, horizontal, and longitudinal directions with respect to a subject's eye; a TV camera 151 (152) photographing an anterior eye part of the subject's eye at a predetermined frame rate; and an image processing arithmetic circuit 110 that detects a clearance between the subject's eye and the optometry part from a frame image of the anterior eye part of the subject's eye to be output from the TV camera 151 (152).
