The present invention relates to a floating body used as a frame of an offshore structure and a floating type frame having the same. According to the present invention, the floating body comprises: a floating pipe, a support member supporter, and a fixating mechanism. The floating pipe comprises an inner pipe； an outer pipe for accepting and surrounding the inner pipe； a chamber provided inside the outer pipe； and a partition wall placed inside the outer pipe to partition the chamber into multiple spaces. Gas is accepted in the chamber to provide buoyancy. The support member supporter supports a support member placed above the floating pipe and comprises: a pipe coupling member having an outer shape corresponding to an end of the floating pipe to be joined to the end of the floating pipe； and a support member coupling member joined to the outer side of the pipe coupling member and having a seating plate wherein the support member is placed. The fixating mechanism is joined to the support member coupling member to pressurize the support member to adhere to the seating plate.본 발명은 다양한 수상 구조물의 프레임으로 사용될 수 있는 부유체 및 이를 갖는 부유식 프레임에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 부유체는, 부유관과, 받침부재 지지체와, 고정기구를 포함한다. 부유관은, 내관부와, 내관부가 수용되어 내관부를 둘러싸는 외관부와, 외관부의 안쪽에 마련되는 챔버와, 외관부의 안쪽에 배치되어 챔버를 복수의 공간으로 구획하는 구획벽을 구비하고, 챔버에 기체가 수용되어 부력을 갖는다. 받침부재 지지체는, 부유관의 위쪽에 놓이는 받침부재를 지지하기 위한 것으로, 부유관의 단부에 대응하는 외관을 갖고 부유관의 단부에 결합되는 관 결합부재와, 관 결합부재의 외면에 결합되고 받침부재가 놓이는 안착판을 갖는 받침부재 결합부재를 구비한다. 고정기구는 받침부재 결합부재에 결합되어 받침부재를 안착판에 밀착되도록 가압한다.
