The present invention relates to a floating body used as a frame of an offshore structure and a floating type frame having the same. According to the present invention, the floating body comprises a floating pipe and a sealing cap joined to an end of the floating pipe to seal the end of the floating pipe. The floating pipe comprises: an inner pipe； an outer pipe for accepting and surrounding the inner pipe； a chamber provided inside the outer pipe； and a partition wall placed inside the outer pipe to partition the chamber into multiple spaces. Gas is accepted in the chamber to provide buoyancy. The sealing cap includes: an inner cap having an inner adhering surface on the outer circumference to adhere to the inner side of the inner side of the inner pipe； and an outer cap joined to the inner cap to cover the inner cap and having an end adhering surface placed around the circumference of the inner cap to adhere to an end of the inner pipe and an end of the outer pipe at the same time.본 발명은 다양한 수상 구조물의 프레임으로 사용될 수 있는 부유체 및 이를 갖는 부유식 프레임에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 부유체는, 부유관과, 부유관의 단부에 결합되어 부유관의 단부를 밀폐하는 밀폐 캡을 포함한다. 부유관은, 내관부와, 내관부가 수용되어 내관부를 둘러싸는 외관부와, 외관부의 안쪽에 마련되는 챔버와, 외관부의 안쪽에 배치되어 챔버를 복수의 공간으로 구획하는 구획벽을 구비하고, 챔버에 기체가 수용되어 부력을 갖는다. 밀폐 캡은, 외부 둘레에 내관부의 내면에 밀착되는 내부 밀착면이 마련된 내부 캡과, 내부 캡을 덮도록 내부 캡과 결합되고, 내관부의 단부 및 외관부의 단부에 동시에 밀착되도록 내부 캡의 둘레 쪽에 배치되는 단부 밀착면을 갖는 외부 캡을 포함한다.
