A combination float for fishing and a video capture and data transmission system (1 ), the combination including a semi-submersible elongated hollow float (2) containing a battery operated video camera (8) and data transmitter, the transmitter being disposed within the upper part (2b) of the float above the waterline when the float is in use, the camera having its optical axis pointing downwardly below the waterline, and a viewing window (3) in the bottom (2a) of the float through which the camera can view the local area of water within which the combination is floating, the arrangement enabling real-time video images to be captured and transmitted to a remote interface, such as a mobile phone.La présente invention concerne un flotteur combiné pour la pêche et un système de capture vidéo et de transmission des données (1), la combinaison comprenant un flotteur creux allongé (2) semi-submersible contenant une caméra vidéo (8) fonctionnant sur batterie et un transmetteur de données, ledit transmetteur étant disposé à lintérieur de la partie supérieure (2b) du flotteur au-dessus de la ligne de flottaison lorsque le flotteur est en service, la caméra ayant son axe optique dirigé vers le bas en dessous de la ligne de flottaison, et une fenêtre de visualisation (3) dans le bas (2a) du flotteur à travers laquelle la caméra peut visualiser la zone deau dans laquelle flotte la combinaison.
