The present invention relates to a medicinal herb composition for curing, treating, preventing gastrointestinal motility disorders with reduced toxicity by adjusting the extraction condition and composition of medicinal herbs. In the composition which contains extracts of Chinese pepper and poncirus, a Chinese pepper extract is obtained by using water or less than 30% of ethanol aqueous solution, and a mixture ratio of the Chinese pepper and poncirus is greater than 1:8.
