Provided are: pharmaceutical composition particles and an orally disintegrating tablet including the same which are capable of achieving both the masking of unpalatable taste and an improvement in elution properties； and a method for producing pharmaceutical composition particles. This pharmaceutical composition particle comprises: a core particle including a drug； an intermediate layer that includes a gelling-swelling substance and that covers the outer side of the core particle； and an outermost layer that includes a water-insoluble substance and that covers the outer side of the intermediate layer. This method for producing pharmaceutical composition particles comprises: a pulverization step for pulverizing a gelling-swelling substance to an average particle diameter of 15 µm or smaller； a suspension step for suspending, in an organic solvent, the gelling-swelling substance pulverized in the pulverization step, to obtain a suspension； an intermediate layer forming step for spraying the suspension obtained in the suspension step onto a core particle including a drug, to form an intermediate layer on the outer side of the core particle； and an outer layer forming step for covering the outer side of the intermediate layer with a water-insoluble substance, to form an outer layer.La présente invention concerne : des particules de composition pharmaceutique et un comprimé se délitant par voie orale comprenant celles-ci, permettant à la fois d'en masquer le goût désagréable et d'améliorer les propriétés d'élution ； et un procédé de production desdites particules de composition pharmaceutique.
