The present invention relates to a mushroom fungi scraping device which scrapes an edge part of mushroom fungi inoculated in a bottle for growth. More particularly, the mushroom fungi scraping device comprises: a bottle injection unit to insert a bottle growing mushrooms by turning the mushrooms upside down； and a fungi scraping unit formed in a lower part of the bottle injection unit to scrap an edge part of the mushroom fungi inside the bottle.본 발명은 재배용 병에 접종된 버섯균의 테두리 부분을 긁어낼 수 있도록 한 버섯 균 긁기 장치에 관한 것으로, 버섯을 재배하는 병을 뒤집어 삽입하기 위한 병 삽입부； 및 상기 병 삽입부의 하부에 형성되어, 상기 병의 내부에 있는 버섯균의 테두리 부분을 긁어내기 위한 균 긁기부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
