The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fishing weight using a cemented carbide waste scrap, and a fishing weight manufactured thereby, which is configured to pulverize waste scrap powder of 75 to 99 wt% of a cemented carbide and 1-25 wt% of a binder component into a predetermined particle size, roll and mix raw material powder to have a predetermined composition, pressurize and mold the mixed raw material powder, and sinter the resultant powder at 1400 °C for 60 to 100 minutes in a vacuum state.
