The antibody is composed of a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the amino acid sequence of the heavy chain variable region is shown as positions 1-145 or SEQ ID NO: 3, the heavy chain constant region is the heavy chain constant region of the human antibody IgG1, and the amino acid sequence of the light chain is shown as SEQ ID NO: 1.本発明は、ヒト化抗ＥＧＦＲ抗体Ｌ４－Ｈ３及びそのコード遺伝子を開示する。該抗体は、重鎖及び軽鎖からなり、前記重鎖可変領域のアミノ酸配列は、配列番号３の１位～１４５位で表され、前記重鎖定常領域は、ヒト抗体ＩｇＧ１の重鎖定常領域であり、前記軽鎖のアミノ酸配列は、配列番号１で表される。
