PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper capable of reducing skin trouble such as the eczema, sudamina, and rash by quickly transferring absorbed perspiration to a surface not facing a skin.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 1 according to the present invention includes abdominal-side waist flaps FA and back-side waist flaps FB that are located outward from front/rear ends 23A and 23B in a longitudinal direction X of an absorber 23 and extending in a lateral direction Y. Each back-side waist flap FB includes a hydrophobic skin-side sheet 4 and a hydrophilic non-skin-side sheet 5. The skin-side sheet 4 includes recessed parts 41 in the non-skin-side sheet 5 side, and fusion parts 42 at tops in the recessed parts 41. Each fusion part 42 includes a portion in which component fibers of the skin-side sheet 4 are melt and fused each other without a break. A basis weight of the skin-side sheet 4 is 30 g/mor less.
