The present invention relates to a production method for a discharge member in which characters or an image are printed on the rear surface of a transparent discharge plate, the method comprising: printing characters or an image on the rear surface of a transparent negative; separating a transparent discharge plate, on the rear surface of which are printed the characters or image, by means of CNC processing or punching the transparent negative; insert injection molding a pallet to the transparent discharge plate; perforating the transparent discharge plate and the pallet by drilling or punching an outlet therein; and then bonding a distribution plate to the lower side of the pallet by means of ultrasonic bonding, high frequency bonding, thermal bonding or adhesive bonding, thus increasing productivity as a result of eliminating processes for separately assembling a transparent discharge plate and a distribution plate and pallet into a cosmetic container, and preventing defective products from being produced d
