PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic stably containing an alkyl glyceryl either the formulation of which with a cosmetic or an external preparation for the skin is difficult because of being hardly soluble in many solvents, in a concentration of a degree capable of exhibiting the pharmacological effects such as antiinflammatory effects and bleaching activities in a low-viscosity preparation such as lotions and liquid cosmetics.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic in the low-viscosity preparation shape, having more superior stability includes (a) the alkyl glyceryl ether, (b) a higher fatty acid and a salt thereof, (c) an oily component liquid at normal temperature, (d) a water-soluble cellulose derivative subjected to hydrophobizing treatment, and (e) an anionic surfactant as essential components, and is regulated so that each component may be mixed in a specified ratio, the average particle diameter may be &le200 nm, and the viscosity may be &le2,000 mPa s.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】多くの溶媒に難溶であるため、化粧料又は皮膚外用剤に配合が困難であるアルキルグリセリルエーテルをローションや美容液のような低粘度製剤に、抗炎症効果や美白作用などの薬理効果を発揮できる程度の濃度で安定に含有した水中油型乳化化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】(a)アルキルグリセリルエーテル、(b)高級脂肪酸とその塩、(c)常温で液体の油性成分、(d)疎水化処理した水溶性セルロース誘導体および(e)陰イオン性界面活性剤を必須成分として含有し、さらには各成分を特定比率で混合することや、平均粒子径が200nm以下かつ、粘度2000mPa・s以下とすることで、より優れた安定性を有する低粘度製剤状の水中油型乳化化粧料。【選択図】なし
