To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic excellent in stability and also having a good use feeling.
SOLUTION: This oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic is provided by containing the following components (A), (B) and (C) and (D) wherein, (A) is a polymeric emulsifier containing (a) a nonionic hydrophilic constituting unit and (b) a hydrophobic constituting unit, (B) is an oily component, (C) is a water-soluble organic solvent and (D) is water and having the mass ratio of the components (A) to (B) of (a)/(b)=0.1 to 10.
