<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the reconstruction speed in response to the image reconstruction method. <;P>;SOLUTION: An input section 31 accepts a first image reconstructing method by which an image is reconstructed from projection data of a train unit as reconstruction setting conditions, and a second image reconstructing method by which an image is reconstructed from projection data of a view unit. A system control section 39 performs the following controls conforming to the reconstruction setting conditions. A second data collecting section 16 transmits projection data groups received from a first data collecting section 15 to a pretreatment section 34 after rearranging them by the train unit or the view unit. The pretreatment section 34 transmits the correction-processed projection data groups which have been formed from the projection data groups by the train unit or the view unit. A reconstruction auxiliary processing section 36 and an image reconstruction section 37 parallel-process the correction-processed projection data groups of the train unit and house the image data which has been reconstructed by processing the correction-processed projection data groups of the view unit by batch in an image storage section 38.
