<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle sheet equipped with needles which have a constricted part and are hardly broken, and to provide a method for easily manufacturing the sheet equipped with the needles having the constricted part. <；P>；SOLUTION: The needle sheet 22 is manufactured through: an application process of applying a polymer solution 20 to a mold 10 having needlelike recessed parts 12； a drying and shrinking process of forming the needle 24 of a constricted shape inside the needlelike recessed part 12 by drying and shrinking the polymer solution 20 applied in the application process； and a detaching process of detaching the sheet 22 having the needles 24 formed in the drying and shrinking process from the mold 10. The needle sheet 22 is equipped with the needles 24 comprising a tapered part 24B which is tapered toward the distal end and a constrictionlike part 24A which is provided between the tapered part 24B and the sheet 22 and has the curved constriction, and the constriction-shaped part 24A varies continuously from a switching part 24C to a base part 24E. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
