[Solution] An antiperspirant or deodorant cosmetic comprising an oil-in-alcohol/water type emulsion composition, said oil-in-alcohol/water type emulsion composition containing: (a) 1 mass% or less of an oily component containing a highly polymerized silicone； (b) an emulsifier comprising one or more kinds of polyether-denatured silicones； (c) 50 mass% or more of a lower alcohol； and (d) water.
