Recently, researches have been conducted on black beans, and it has been announced that there is an anticancer effect in black beans. According to the present invention, all beans including black beans which are obtained from the Korean soil and grown by farmers are classified by kinds, washed, and dried to be processed by a popping device or to be smashed by a machine of a mill. Thus, breaking strength which is the same as the density of roasted coffee beans is secured. In the same manner as a conventional bean coffee drinking method, processed beans may be instantly ground in a coffee grinder together with coffee beans, and may be dripped through a bean coffee machine of the barista.
