PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a biosensor integrated with a puncture device facilitating the manufacture by forming the biosensor in an extremely simple structure while retaining sufficient strength withstanding an impact by puncture performed by a user himself/herself, and capable of reliably measuring a small amount of sample solution by minimizing the biosensor as a whole.SOLUTION: The biosensor integrated with the puncture device uses a puncture needle formed with at least two electrodes on the inner wall of the hollow needle with a hole section.
