PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability concerning an automatic puncture function in a patch-type portable system.SOLUTION: A puncture flow passage needle 304 for puncturing a living body is covered with a sheath 311 and an extension part 312 where one end is connected to the sheath 311 and the other end is tightly fixed to the puncture flow passage needle 304 and which has characteristics to keep the shape as it is, once when deformed. A swage 306 moves the puncture flow passage part 304 and the sheath 311 to perform the puncture of the distal ends into a living body and releases the fastening of the puncture flow passage part 304 after the puncture. Thus, the puncture flow passage needle 304 is returned to the outside of the living body and the insertion of the sheath 311 into the living body is maintained.
