PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-integrated sensor with a puncture needle fixed to a sensor, capable of effectively introducing blood discharged to the skin surface into a reaction part even if the needle puncture position is separate from the entrance of the reaction part.SOLUTION: The needle-integrated sensor has a through hole as a channel from an abutting part of a subject to the reaction part. The puncture needle is inserted into the through hole, and a channel forming body with a ventilation path to make the through hole communicate with the outside of the channel forming body is attached to a needle-integrated sensor body. The channel forming body is formed of an elastic body or viscoelastic body, and it is preferable that the needle is stuck with the deformation of the channel forming body and is extracted with the restitution force of the channel forming body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 穿刺用針をセンサに固定した針一体型センサとし、針の突き刺し位置と反応部入口とが離間していても、皮膚表面に排出された血液を有効に反応部内に導入することができる針一体型センサを提供する。【解決手段】 被検体の当接部分から前記反応部への流路となる貫通孔が設けられ、該貫通孔に前記穿刺用針を内挿し、前記貫通孔と前記流路形成体外とを連通する通気路を設けた流路形成体を、針一体型センサ本体に取付ける。流路形成体を弾性体又は粘弾性で形成し、流路形成体の変形により穿刺し、流路形成体の復元力で引き抜くことが好ましい。【選択図】 図1
