PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device for installing sutures to close an incised wound in tissue such as human skin.SOLUTION: A suturing device is properly positioned, and a first arcuate needles 34 and a second arcuate needle are driven such that the arcuate needles pierce through the sub-dermal layer or skin surface of two sections of skin to be joined. This puncture is done in arcuate motion at angular velocities identical in magnitude and symmetrical in direction. During the puncture, the two sections of skin are pressed against each other, and horizontal alignment and vertical alignment of between the sections of skin are achieved.
