METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF ALLIUM HOOKERI COMPOSITION COMPRISING ALLIUM HOOKERI POWDER OR ALLIUM HOOKERI EXTRACTS AND ALLIUM HOOKERI COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF FUNCTIONAL SOYBEAN PASTE USING ALLIUM HOOKERI COMPOSITION
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an Allium hookeri composition containing Allium hookeri powder or Allium hookeri extracts.
