The thickness of the rice cake paper is 1mm ~ 5mm.본 발명은 다층 구조의 생과일 떡을 개시한다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 증자(蒸煮)된 떡지층과 그 떡지층으로 감싸진 생과일층으로 구성됨으로써 내층은 생과일로 구성되고 외층은 떡지로 구성된 다층 구조의 생과일 떡을 개시한다.
