Disclosed is a method for producing animal feeds that can improve the yield rates by removing the phase of water removal and prevent pollution caused by germs through sterilization. The method for producing animal feed using waste eggs according to the present invention is composed of the following steps: a step for mixing waste eggs from chicken houses, waste eggs disposed after producing vaccine at a pharmaceutical company, or by-products produced from a dairy farm or a fish plant with additives to yield a mixture having the target moisture level； a step for sterilizing and cooling down the mixture to the target temperature； a step for fermenting the mixture for a certain number of hours after adding useful microorganism to the mixture； and a step for drying and grinding the fermented mixture.탈수과정을 제거하여 생산수율을 향상시키고 살균처리에 의해 잡균에 의해 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 사료 제조방법이 개시된다. 부화장 폐란, 제약회사에서 백신 생산후 폐기되는 폐란, 또는 축산가공이나 수산가공 부산물의 원재료에 부형제를 혼합하여 기설정된 함수율을 갖는 혼합재료를 만든 다음, 살균하고 기설정 온도로 냉각하고, 냉각된 온도를 배양온도로 하여 혼합재료에 유용 미생물을 접균하여 일정시간 발효시킨 후, 발효된 혼합재료를 건조하고 분쇄한다.
