The present invention is directed to methods of administering a material to apatient for dermal enhancement and/or as soft tissue fillers. The inventionalso relates to double-gloved methods of molding such a material afteradministration to a patient to achieve a desired orientation of the materialin the patient. The invention also relates to the use of certain materials,including polylactic acid, hyaluronic acid, hydrogel, and/or collagen or othersuitable materials for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition fordermal enhancement and/or as soft tissue filler. The invention further relatesto kits or packages that include a material for dermal enhancement and/or softtissue filler and instructions as to how dermal enhancement or the filling ofsoft tissue is achieved.
