The present specification describes an oil-in-water (O/W) type emulsion cosmetic composition, wherein the oil-in-water (O/W) type composition contains: a branched-chain polymer having a lipophilic alkyl chain as a side branch or a carbomer； and a double-spheroid type polymer amphiphilic anisotropic powder having one side with hydrophilicity and the other side with hydrophobicity, wherein the powder has a structure in which the other side with hydrophobicity partially permeates into the one side with hydrophilicity to form a core of the one side with hydrophilicity, and wherein a shell of the one side with hydrophilicity comprises a functional group.La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique en émulsion de type huile dans eau, la composition de type huile dans eau contenant : un polymère à chaîne ramifiée comportant une chaîne alkyle lipophile en tant que ramification latérale ou un carbomère ； et une poudre anisotrope amphiphile polymère de type double sphéroïde dont l'une des faces est hydrophile et l'autre hydrophobe, la poudre présentant une structure dans laquelle l'autre face hydrophobe s'infiltre partiellement dans la face hydrophile pour former le noyau de la face hydrophile, et l'enveloppe de la face hydrophile comprend un groupe fonctionnel.본 명세서는 친유성 알킬 사슬을 곁가지로 갖는 분지쇄형 고분자 또는 카보머； 및 친수성 일방 및 소수성 타방으로 이루어진 이중 스페로이드형 고분자 양친매성 이방성 분체；를 포함하는 수중유형(O/W) 유화 조성물로, 상기 분체는 소수성 타방이 상기 친수성 일방의 내부로 부분적으로 침투하여 친수성 일방의 코어를 형성하는 구조이며, 상기 친수성 일방의 쉘은 관능기를 포함하는, 수중유형 유화 화장료 조성물에 관하여 기술한다.
