The invention relates to a prosthetic valve (50) which is endoluminally placeable and comprises a tubular support (52) radially deformable with respect to a main axis (X-X) from an unfolded implanting position to a folded setting position, a flexible plug (52) connected to the tubular support (52) and deformable between a blocking position in which it is transversally stretched and a releasing position in which it is transversally contracted by the action of a flow circulating through said tubular support (52). The inventive valve also comprises a rigid chord (90) which extends generally along the generatrix of the tubular support (52) and is connected thereto at least at two points (92A, 92B) which are remote from each other along the axis thereof.La valve prothétique (50) pour mise en place par voie endoluminale comporte : - un support tubulaire (52) déformable radialement par rapport à un axe principal (X-X) entre une position déployée dimplantation et une position repliée de mise en place - un obturateur souple (54) lié au support tubulaire (52) et déformable entre une position dobstruction dans laquelle il est étendu transversalement et une position de libération dans laquelle il est contracté transversalement sous laction du flux circulant au travers du support tubulaire (52).
