The present invention relates to a method for efficiently inserting, into a graft material, 4-hexylresorcinol, capable of inhibiting foreign body reaction caused by the graft material in the body. It is possible to provide a method for efficiently producing a 4-hexylresorcinol composite bone graft material. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises the following steps: mixing a hydrophilic solvent along with hydrous ethanol which contains 10 or less volume % of water or an anhydride in which 4-hexylresorcinol is dissolved； and reacting the bone graft material with a solution mixed in the previous step.본 발명은 인체 내에서 이식재료의 이물반응을 억제시키는 4-헥실레조르시놀을 보다 효율적으로 이식재에 투입하기 위한 방법으로, 4-헥실레조르시놀 복합 골 이식재를 보다 효율적으로 제조하는 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
