The present invention relates to a storage solution for sterilization of an allograft or xenograft skin using irradiation. and a method for sterilization using the same and, more specifically, to a method for sterilization of a skin graft, wherein the changes in matter properties of the skin graft are suppressed by soaking the skin graft into a solution including a silk protein before irradiating.본 발명은 방사선 조사를 이용한 동종 또는 이종 피부이식재의 멸균용 보관 용액 및 이를 이용하는 멸균방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 피부 이식재를 실크 단백질이 포함된 용액에 침지 시킨 후 방사선 조사함으로써, 상기 피부 이식재의 물성 변화가 억제된 피부 이식재의 멸균방법에 관한 것이다.
