The present invention relates to a method for producing spicy stir-fired chicken manufactured by mixing seasonings with chicken. The seasonings are manufactured by mixing soy sauce, sugar, onions, red pepper powder, garlic, ginger, red pepper paste, coke, soju (Korean distilled liquor), ground pepper and curry powder.
