Carbonated water with the concentration that a user desires can be provided, without using an additional pump, by controlling the concentration in the mixing pipeline while the pressure and the concentration in the carbonated water tank are maintained to be constant. When the concentration of the carbonated water is controlled by selection of the user, the user does not need to wait and can immediately use the carbonated water.
