Provided is a method for generating a description for a medical image obtained from a capsule endoscopy. The method includes: a step of receiving a medical image comprising at least one frame from a capsule endoscopy； a step of determining an effective area based on a first deep neural network model for each of the at least one frame； and a step of detecting a diseased suspicious area based on a second deep neural network model in the effective area included in each of the at least one frame.
