SOLUTION: This injection needle assembly 1 includes the needle tube 2 having the needle point that can puncture a living body a hub 3 holding the needle tube 2 a skin deforming part 4 and a distance recognizing part 8. The skin deforming part 4 is formed in cylindrical shape to surround the needle tube 2 and forms a bulge of the skin punctured by the needle tube 2, inside a cylinder hole 6a by pressing an end face 6b to the skin. The distance recognizing part 8 is provided at the skin deforming part 4 to recognize a distance x of the skin deforming part 4 being pushed into the skin.
