PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection needle assembly that enables a needle tube to be inserted approximately vertically to skin even if a skin deforming part of the injection needle assembly is pressed obliquely against the skin.SOLUTION: An injection needle assembly 1 comprises: a needle tube 4 a hub that holds the needle tube and a skin pressing cylindrical part that surrounds the needle tube. The injection needle assembly has no portions that inhibit an end of a tip opening of the skin pressing cylindrical part from obliquely pressing skin, the tip opening has an inner diameter of 6 to 14 mm and the needle tube protrudes by 0.5 to 1.4 mm in length from the tip opening. The injection needle assembly enables the end of the tip opening of the skin pressing cylindrical part to press a whole circumference of a skin surface 11 at an angle of 30 degrees between the skin surface and the end of the tip opening, and when pressure of 5 N or more is applied at the angle of 30 degrees, the needle tube is inserted approximately orthogonally to a skin swelling part 12 to be formed in the skin pressing cylindrical part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】注射針組立体の皮膚変形部が、皮膚に対して斜めに押し当てられても、針管が皮膚に対して、ほぼ垂直に穿刺される注射針組立体を提供する。【解決手段】注射針組立体1は、針管4と、針管を保持するハブと、針管の周囲を囲う皮膚押圧用円筒部とを備える。注射針組立体は、皮膚押圧用円筒部の先端開口部の端部が皮膚表面に対する斜めに押圧を阻害する部位を持たず、先端開口部の内径が6~14mm、針管の先端開口部からの突出長が0.5~1.4mmである。注射針組立体は、皮膚表面11と皮膚押圧用円筒部の先端開口部の端部間が30度の角度での先端開口部の端部の全周の皮膚表面への押圧が可能であり、かつ、30度の角度でかつ5N以上の押圧時に、針管は皮膚押圧用円筒部内に形成される皮膚盛り上がり部12に対して、ほぼ直交する状態で穿刺されるものとなっている。【選択図】図11
