A device for endovenous infusion of liquids over extended periods, which comprises tabs (20), arranged transversely, affixed to a cylindrical body (10) provided with a main inlet point (11) and a secondary point (12) for securing the flexible catheter, for connecting with the serum equipment or syringes, said cylindrical body (10) being connected to a flexible cannula (30) that receives the arrangement of a metal needle (40) that allows puncture of a vein, such that after puncture the needle is withdrawn and only the flexible cannula remains in the blood vessel. The device thus obviates the drawbacks of using a metal needle and improves flexibility and the ease of handling the puncture device, and also enhances securing to the users skin. It is possible for the user to have this device fitted for an extended period, without discomfort, without haematomas caused by the metal needle perforating the blood vessel and without irritation to the skin.Linvention concerne un dispositif de perfusion intraveineuse de liquides pendant des périodes prolongées, comprenant des ailettes (20) disposées tranversalement, fixées sur un corps cylindrique (10) présentant un pont dentrée principal (11) et un pont secondaire (12) pour fixation du cathéter souple et raccordement avec léquipement de goutte-à-goutte ou des seringues, ledit corps cylindrique (10) étant raccordé à une canule souple (30) qui reçoit une aiguille métallique (40) permettant la ponction veineuse, de manière que laiguille puisse être retirée après la ponction, seule la canule souple restant alors dans la veine. Ainsi, le dispositif permet déviter les inconvénients liés à laiguille métallique et daméliorer la flexibilité et la facilité de manipulation du dispositif de ponction, outre une amélioration de la fixation du dispositif sur la peau de lutilisateur.
