PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material for nutrition enrichment, affecting as little as possible mixed food for a surgical patient, an elderly person or a patient in a malnutrition state, requiring peroral nutrient supply, and transparently melting in spite of highly containing protein, and having a less influence on taste.
SOLUTION: This food material for nutrition enrichment is mixed with 95 wt.% or more of whey protein isolate containing 90 wt.% or more of protein, and includes vitamin B6 and zinc. The food material affects as little as possible mixed food, transparently melts in spite of highly containing protein, and has less influence on taste.
