Disclosed is a pure collagen milk powder, prepared through concentrating and drying a pure collagen milk, wherein the pure collagen milk consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-80 parts of a pure collagen solution, 0.1-1 part of an emulsion stabilizer, 0.25-5 parts of white granulated sugar, 0.15-3 parts of edible salt, 0.01-0.5 parts of food flavour and 20-90 parts of drinking water. The preparation method of the pure collagen solution comprises pretreatment, boiling with water, mixing materials, trituration, enzymatic hydrolysis and enzyme deactivation.
