The dryer of the present invention is provided so that agricultural and marine products can be artificially dried.본 발명은 농수산물 건조기에 관한 것으로, 상자형 박스 외관 상단의 일측에 형성된 환기구와 상단의 중앙에 설치된 제1 모터와 측단의 일측에 내부를 개방하기 위한 개폐문으로 구성되고, 상자형 박스의 내부 중앙에 농수산물을 올린 채반이 설치되는 건조대와, 상자형 박스의 내부 벽면을 따라 설치되어 박스 내부 열기를 유지하는 단열재를 포함하는 농수산물 건조기를 제공하여, 농수산물의 인위적 건조 처리를 제공하고자 한다.
