PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the invasion of insects which try to invade from a gateway through a floor surface.SOLUTION: A jetting mechanism 11 for jetting air press-supplied from a blower 12 to a chamber 15 on a floor surface 2 through slits 14 is disposed over the whole width of a gateway below the floor surface on the outside of the gateway, and the upper end openings of the slits are opened in the floor surface 2 as jetting ports 13 for jetting jetted air flows 18 toward the outside of the gateway. A water slope is formed in the jetting mechanism, and the water-lowering side of the slope is connected to a water drain pipe 20, and the tip portion of the water drain pipe is connected to a drain pit 22 through a seal water mechanism 21.
