OF THE DISCLOSURE N3 ALKYLATED BENZIMIDAZOLE DERIVATIVES AS MEK INHIBITORS Disclosed are benzoiraidazole compounds of the formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein W, RI, R2, R7, R8, R9 and RIu are as defined in the specification. Such compounds are MEK inhibitors and useful in the treatment of hypetproliferative diseases, such as cancer and inflammation, in mammals.
