The present invention relates to a dental implant relating to an artificial tooth and provides a dental implant comprising: a fixture, which has a longitudinal axial hole formed in the upper part thereof and is implanted into alveolar bone and an abutment, which comprises a lower coupling axial part longitudinally inserted into the axial hole of the fixture and coupled to the fixture and an upper mounting part having a prosthesis mounted thereon, wherein the abutment has a spiral coil spring elastic part formed therein to buffer occlusal force.
