PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of executing a plurality of examinations including refractive power measurement while alleviating a load on a subject with simple configuration and control, and a control method of the ophthalmologic apparatus.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes a refractive power measurement optical system, a fixation projection system, an inspection optical system, and a control unit. The refractive power measurement optical system includes a first focusing element capable of changing a focal position, projects a first light onto an eye to be examined, and detects a return light of the first light from the eye to be examined through the first focusing element. The fixation projection system projects a fixation target onto the eye to be examined. The inspection optical system includes a second focusing element capable of changing a focal position in coordination with the first focusing element, and is used for executing a predetermined inspection in which a second light is projected at least onto the eye to be examined through the second focusing element. The control unit controls the first focusing element and the second focusing element on the basis of a result of the detection of the return light, and, after causing the inspection optical system to execute the predetermined inspection, controls the fixation projection system to execute the refractive power measurement using the first light in a state that the fogging of the eye to be examined is prompted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡素な構成及び制御で被検者の負担を軽減しつつ、屈折力測定を含む複数の検査が可能な眼科装置、及び眼科装置の制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】眼科装置は、屈折力測定光学系と、固視投影系と、検査光学系と、制御部とを含む。屈折力測定光学系は、焦点位置を変更可能な第1合焦素子を含み、第1光を被検眼に投射し、第1合焦素子を介して被検眼からの前記第1光の戻り光を検出する。固視投影系は、被検眼に固視標を投影する。検査光学系は、第1合焦素子と連係的に焦点位置を変更可能な第2合焦素子を含み、第2合焦素子を介して第2光を少なくとも被検眼に投射する所定の検査を行うために用いられる。制御部は、戻り光の検出結果に基づいて第1合焦素子及び第2合焦素子を制御し、検査光学系による所定の検査を実行させた後に固視投影系を制御して被検眼の雲霧を促した状態で第1光を用いた屈折力測定を実行させる。【選択図】図1
