PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling information management system for food wastes which efficiently carries out recycling of the food wastes. SOLUTION: This system has a primary compost management apparatus which is installed in a primary compost center to recover the foodstuffs disposed in stores and to produce primary compost and manages the information including the production amount of the primary compost, a rice bran management apparatus which is installed in a rice milling factory and manages the amount of the rice bran to be formed and an organic fertilizer management apparatus which is installed in a secondary compost center to produce the organic fertilizer by maturing, manages the information relating to the amount of the primary composed sent from the primary compost center and the amount of the rice bran sent from the rice milling factory and manages the information including the production amount of the organic fertilizer and a central information management apparatus in which the three management apparatus are respectively connected to each other through communication means and which concentrates, rearranges and manages the information through the communication means and delivers the rearranged information at need.
