According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a hemodynamics monitoring method comprising the steps of: acquiring information on a posture of a first subject wearing a monitoring device； by referring to a motion artifact estimation model for defining a correlation between a posture of at least one subject and a motion artifact occurring in a signal measured from the at least one subject, and by referring to the acquired information on the posture of the first subject, estimating a motion artifact predicted to be included in a measurement spectroscopic signal from the first subject, the signal being measured by the monitoring device； and removing the estimated motion artifact from the measurement signal from the first subject.Selon un aspect, la présente invention concerne un procédé de surveillance hémodynamique qui consiste : à acquérir des informations sur la posture d'un premier sujet portant un dispositif de surveillance ； par référence à un modèle d'estimation d'artefact de mouvement, pour définir une corrélation entre une posture d'au moins un sujet et un artefact de mouvement se produisant dans un signal mesuré sur le ou les sujets, et par référence aux informations acquises sur la posture du premier sujet, à estimer un artefact de mouvement prédit à inclure dans un signal spectroscopique de mesure provenant du premier sujet, le signal étant mesuré par le dispositif de surveillance ； à éliminer l'artefact de mouvement estimé du signal de mesure provenant du premier sujet.본 발명의 일 태양에 따르면, 헤모다이나믹스(hemodynamics)를 모니터링하기 위한 방법으로서, 모니터링 디바이스를 착용한 제1 피측정자의 자세에 관한 정보를 획득하는 단계, 적어도 하나의 피측정자의 자세와 상기 적어도 하나의 피측정자로부터 측정되는 신호에서 나타나는 동잡음(motion artifact) 사이의 상관 관계를 정의하는 동잡음 추정 모델 및 상기 획득되는 상기 제1 피측정자의 자세에 관한 정보를 참조로 하여, 상기 모니터링 디바이스에 의하여 측정되는 상기 제1 피측정자로부터의 측정 분광 신호에 포함될 것으로 예상되는 동잡음을 추정하는 단계, 및 상기 제1 피측정자로부터의 측정 신호에서 상기 추정되는 동잡음을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 방법이 제공된다.
